Save the date and help spread the word! Free sports physicals will be provided by Conway Medical Center at Socastee High School on Saturday, April 5th from 8 am-12 pm. This exclusive opportunity is available to St. James and Socastee student-athletes only.

See attached flyer, and consent form. I should have the updated physical from in the next few days and will post on the website. Hard copies will also be available at the high school / middle school front desk and athletic training room.
